What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA (50585) position at PRIORITY MANAGEMENT?
- Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.
- Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
- Provides intervention needed to provide a safe clean environment.
- Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit.
- Assists Licensed staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
- Takes and records vital parameters as assigned.
- Records information on electronic record.
- Performs any other tasks as assigned by License Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
CNA must hold a valid nurse aide certification with the State of Louisiana
