Responsibilities
- Clear snow and apply salt as per property requirements using company-provided equipment
- Deliver high-quality work to meet client expectations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Remain on-call, with a focus on early morning hours
Qualifications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
Compensation
Shovel crew members will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour.
