Essential Functions
- Process claims through on-line adjudication. May include all product lines.
- Utilize Facets, Lens Inquiry Tracking system, and all claim procedures to investigate and resolve claim pends and errors.
- Utilize software provided and online vendor websites to resolve related issues.
- Identify system related issues impacting claim adjudication
- Organize and maintain reference information related to responsibilities of this position
- Ability to meet the production and all quality standards.
- General knowledge of operational functions and software.
Required
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent
- 1 years of relevant experience
