POSITION TITLE: DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
DEPARTMENT: PRIORITY FUNDING, LLC

FUNCTION:
Under the general supervision of the Vice President and Documentation Manager, the
Documentation Specialist assists in a variety of duties to ensure the proper closing of
manufactured home loans.
DUTIES:
1. Works with Loan Officer, Processors, Closing Attorneys, Paralegals, etc. to
generate closing documentation for manufactured home loans.
2. Understands federal and state-level lending laws and closing procedures to ensure
proper generation of loan documents.
3. Conducts pre-closing compliance reviews and post-closing quality control
reviews of loan packages.
4. Handles post-closing loan duties including the delivery of closed loan files to
client lenders for secondary market sale; working with sources, vendors and
customers to correct documentation issues; filing of UCC’s and other lien perfect
instruments; etc.
5. Handles general customer service issues and answering of phone calls.
6. Embraces the Bank’s commitment to Solutions by seeking and recognizing
opportunities to refer new business to different areas of the Bank, Partners
Insurance Group, Plimoth Investment Advisors, and BayCoast Mortgage
Company.
7. Performs additional duties as requested.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
Knowledge of mortgage regulations regarding closing documentation. Must have good
written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good time management ability and interpersonal skills required.
Equipment Used:
General office equipment. Computer.
