Job description:
Priority Footwear is a local provider of diabetic shoes and custom inserts. We see patients both in our offices or in the comfort of their own homes. We have multiple representatives who travel around to fit patients in a variety of settings.
We are currently looking to hire a scheduler for two of our representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting our yearly patients to schedule either in-office or in-home fittings and deliveries.
- Contacting new patients from incoming referrals.
- Assisting in rescheduling and canceling appointments if needed.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft word.
- Able to clearly communicate over the phone.
- Must be patient and understanding with our older patient demographic.
Schedule:
- Full Time day shift - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $21/hr.
Work Location: In person at our Seattle office
