Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Marketing for the Dallas Region to lead Priority ER’s marketing initiatives. This individual will report directly to the CEO, and will play a pivotal role in increasing patient volume through both digital and community-based efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to Priority ER’s growth goals and brand identity
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and apply insights to campaigns
- Build and lead a small team of marketing assistants and/or interns
- Lead weekly outreach to 30–50 local businesses via email, in-person visits, and promotional swag distribution
- Establish strategic partnerships with community leaders, local businesses, schools, and sports organizations
- Organize and oversee at least one monthly community event per facility
- Manage online presence: email marketing campaigns, online reviews, social media engagement, and digital ad coordination
- Oversee editorial efforts, including press releases, magazine features, media pitches, and PR opportunities
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal staff (e.g., web developers, designers) to align promotional efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or community-focused services
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with digital marketing tools and community outreach strategies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Compensation & Benefits:
