Position Overview
Priority Customs Broker Inc is seeking a Customs Data Entry Specialist to support our import operations. This role focuses on entering shipment data, reviewing import documents, and assisting with the customs entry process in a structured office environment.
What You’ll Do
- Enter shipment data into customs brokerage software
- Review import documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills)
- Prepare entry data for internal processing
- Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up with clients/suppliers
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Assist with delivery coordination after clearance

Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Compensation & Schedule
- $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift (40 hours/week)
