Salary: $80 000 to $115 000ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Review contract to determine scope of work, resources required and time to completion; collaborate with Estimator to clarify any special considerations or complexities required for the jobMonitor and record daily job materials, labor and production, compare progress with project schedule, advise Management of related issuesIdentify, document and obtain approval for extra work, including price formulation, communication and follow up with billing and paymentCalculate value of completed work to date and cost of completion; report to Management as required with interpretation of areas of strength and weaknessCollaborate with Superintendents on resources applied to jobInitiate, develop and manage client relationships to maximize visibility, respect and reputation for Priority's products and servicesReview and approve billing to customers, follow up on unpaid invoices as requiredOther duties as assignedCompetencies & RequirementsCommunication, analytical, organizational and PC skillsKnowledge of site development scheduling and managementRelationship management skillsKnowledge of construction management softwareAbility to collect, analyze, report and interpret project cost dataBachelors Degree or equivalent experience and four years construction Project Management experienceExperience in Vista Viewpoint a plus
