What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Priority Communications?
Priority Communications, an inbound call center, is seeking full time and part time customer service agents to add to our growing team. We serve a variety of medical, commercial, government, and industrial clients in our convenient West Knoxville location. Due to our continued growth, we have morning, afternoon and evening positions available.
Responsibilities:
· Greet callers in a professional and courteous manner
· Document the purpose of the call
· Obtain appropriate information from the caller
· Dispatch urgent and time sensitive information to on call personnel
· Weekend and holiday rotations are required
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of customer service experience preferred
- Must type at least 40wpm
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Team Player
