An AI Cybersecurity Company is seeking an Employment Lawyer with 5 years of experience for a 3–6 month contract engagement starting October 2025, with the potential to extend and transition into a full-time role.
This position will provide strategic support on global employment matters, with a particular focus on compliance, workforce issues, and compensation structures—especially sales commission programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on global employment law matters, including compliance, contracts, policies, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, contractor arrangements, and related documentation.
- Provide guidance on sales compensation plans, including design, implementation, and dispute resolution.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to support workforce planning and risk management.
Key Details:
- Ideally, candidates should be able to work full-time. However, the company is open to candidates with less than full-time availability.
- The work will be performed on-site for 3-5 days per week in New York City (near Penn Station).
- The company's preferred pricing model is weekly with a budget of $4000 - $4500 per week.
