PrintsWell is seeking dependable, energetic seasonal team members to support our Packing Department during our busiest production season. These positions are essential to keeping customer orders accurate, organized, and moving efficiently from production through shipment.
Available Positions
- Sorting: Sort printed products and components by order, item, or production stage while inspecting products for quality, accuracy, and visible defects before they move to the next step.
- Envelope Lining: Responsible for inserting and gluing decorative paper liners into envelopes while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting daily production goals.
- Packing: Inspect, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Follow order paperwork and production instructions carefully.
- Check products for quality, completeness, and accuracy before shipment.
- Keep work areas organized and restock packing materials as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Communicate order concerns or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly.
- Assist in other production or fulfillment areas when needed.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as required.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required.
- Position type: Full-time seasonal.
- Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
- Seasonal employees may be asked to work overtime during peak production periods.
- This is an on-site position at our Pelham, Alabama facility.
