What You'll Do:
In this hands-on role, you'll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality printing plates for the packaging industry. You'll work with modern equipment and technology while learning valuable skills in quality control, maintenance, and production flow.
Operate and maintain mounting equipment
Perform pre-operation tasks, including computer layout setup
Execute post-operation duties such as trimming and quality control
Use computer tools to track production and job status
Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in top shape
Prepare completed plates for the next step in production
Be a reliable and consistent team player
Who Were Looking For:
High school diploma, GED, or HSED preferred
Basic math skills and a working knowledge of a tape measure are helpful
Ability to stay organized and follow procedures
Reliable, steady, and team-oriented mindset
