Job Summary
Printmark Services is a mailing services and digital print shop serving businesses including major area corporations. We are conveniently located just north of Hartford at I-91 Exit 37 and have been at this location for 40 years.
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with graphics/prepress experience for first shift.
Join our dynamic printing team as a Customer Service/Prepress Specialist, where your enthusiasm and technical expertise will drive the success of our print production process. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every project meets quality standards and client expectations. Your keen eye for detail and passion for print will help streamline prepress workflows, manage color accuracy, and support high-quality print campaigns. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional printed materials.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service - Work at the front desk with heavy customer contact, interpret specifications and process work orders and prepare estimates. Previous customer service experience is required.
Prepress – Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite series specifically InDesign, Acrobat and Illustrator. Knowledge of Connect Fonts, Pitstop and QuiteImposing is desirable along with a fundamental knowledge of color theory, typography, page layout and design. Digital printing experience is required. Experience with large format digital output is desirable.
