Salary: $85,000–$115,000 (based on experience)Benefits include Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, vacation, and sick leave.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the technical operations team at the California facility and provide oversight for the Washington site.Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize flexographic machinery and mechanical systems.Build and refine custom machine add-ons and engineering solutions.Work with various substrates, adhesives, and materials used in label and agricultural packaging.Drive continuous improvement across equipment, processes, and operational efficiency.Manage multiple engineering and production-related projects simultaneously.Qualifications:Strong hands-on knowledge of flexographic labels or converting machinery and mechanical troubleshooting.Experience leading technical or production teams in a manufacturing or equipment-focused environment.Excellent communication and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.Process-minded with the ability to establish KPIs, structure, and continuous improvement.Innovative, mechanically inclined, and comfortable collaborating with executive leadership.Spanish preferred but not required.
