Our client, an established leader in wallcoverings design and manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Color Management Specialist in Pennsylvania. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role connecting the Design Studio, Prepress, and Manufacturing teams. You’ll take ownership of color from file creation through the final printed wallcovering while helping establish the standards and processes that keep color consistent across production. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in both a creative studio and hands-on manufacturing environment!
What You’ll Do:
- Own color management from digital file through final printed wallcovering
- Bridge Design, Prepress, and Manufacturing to ensure consistent color
- Create and maintain ICC profiles, color standards, and prepress workflows
- Calibrate monitors, proofers, printers, and production presses
- Manage digital prepress and troubleshoot color issues from artwork through production
- Establish color standards and train operators to achieve consistent, repeatable results
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of hands-on color management experience in digital and/or analog print production
- G7 certification, AVA and Adobe Photoshop are required
- Experience with wallcoverings, textiles, roll-to-roll printing, or other roll-good substrates
- Familiarity with Fiery, Caldera, PrintFactory, and/or ONYX RIP software
- Hands-on experience with spectrophotometers and color measurement tools
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
