Responsibilities:
Operational Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of print shop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Manage production schedules and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Maintain and optimize equipment performance, scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials, placing orders as necessary.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear instructions and feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Resolve employee conflicts and address performance issues promptly and professionally.

Customer Service & Sales:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate quotes are provided to customers by customer service staff.

Qualifications:
