Customer Service Representative
Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to receive and clarify job details, pricing, and timelines.
- Enter and manage job order tickets accurately in the production system.
- Work closely with sales, production, prepress, and mail data processing teams to coordinate each project.
- Monitor job progress and proactively update customers on status, changes, or issues.
- Review proofs, specs, and deadlines to ensure all details are correct before production.
- Handle customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with order tracking, shipping coordination, and delivery confirmations as needed.
- Maintain organized records of orders, client communication, and project details.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy — especially when entering or reviewing job information.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using spreadsheets, email, and databases.
- Printing experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who is eager to learn.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and a willingness to ask questions to fully understand each job.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
