Printemps New York offering an unpaid internship opportunity for a Client Experience Advisor within its luxury retail environment.
This role is designed as a structured learning experience in luxury retail, client engagement, and high-end customer service.
The intern will support the Client Experience / Concierge team in delivering personalized in-store service while developing strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills aligned with academic learning objectives.
The primary purpose of this internship is education and training, in collaboration with the intern’s university program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Client Interaction: Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, addressing their needs, preferences, and inquiries with a focus on luxury brand standards.
Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere by building strong relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable and exceptional shopping experience.
Personalized Service: Offer personalized styling assistance, ensuring clients find the perfect products to meet their needs and preferences.
Clientele Development: Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, follow-ups, and maintaining a client book to ensure repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow associates and departments to provide seamless service, ensure client satisfaction, and meet store objectives.
Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image and values by presenting yourself professionally, promoting the brand’s philosophy, and maintaining a polished appearance.
Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to management to improve service offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
Duration: 3 to 6 months (subject to academic program requirements and approval)
