Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Wilmington, DE. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, qualify leads, and guide prospective customers through the purchasing process for 3D printers, materials, and related solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating closely with customer service, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative will also support customer education efforts by answering product questions, coordinating demos or trainings, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Proven Inside Sales experience, preferably in technical, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.
- Account Management capabilities, including managing existing accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and maintaining accurate account records.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
- Comfort using CRM and basic office software to manage pipelines, quotes, and documentation.
- Interest in or familiarity with 3D printing, manufacturing, or related technology is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, DE, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or a technical field is a plus.
