Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Lilburn, GA. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication to address project updates and concerns, and identifying opportunities to expand services and drive revenue growth. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to monitor project milestones, provide solutions to challenges, and ensure timely delivery of services.
