Job Description

Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while ensuring quality standards, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. This role serves as the final quality checkpoint before products leave the facility and plays a critical role in customer satisfaction. Production Warehouse hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Order Fulfillment

  • Review and process daily order queues.
  • Pick products according to packing slips and order specifications.
  • Verify item quantities, sizes, colors, and customization details.
  • Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.

2. Packing & Shipping

  • Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Select appropriate packaging materials and box sizes.
  • Generate and apply shipping labels using shipping software.
  • Prepare domestic and international shipments according to carrier requirements.
  • Coordinate pickups and shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS

3. Quality Control

  • Inspect products before shipment to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Verify order accuracy against customer specifications.
  • Identify and report defects, shortages, or fulfillment discrepancies.
  • Ensure branded packaging and inserts are included when required.

4. Inventory Management

  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and organization.
  • Report low stock levels and inventory discrepancies.
  • Help receive and organize incoming inventory as needed.

5. Production Coordination

  • Collaborate with production teams to prioritize urgent orders.
  • Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.
  • Communicate shipment issues or delays to supervisors.
  • Assist with special projects, kitting, and large-volume fulfillment campaigns.

6. Workplace Organization & Safety

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and shipping regulations.
  • Properly operate warehouse equipment and packing tools.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting of packages and boxes (typically up to 50 lbs.)
  • Repetitive bending, reaching, and packing activities
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or shipping experience preferred
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms and inventory management systems
  • Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management software is a plus

This position ensures all orders are verified, packaged securely, and shipped on time while assisting with inventory management, quality control, and warehouse organization. The Fulfillment Specialist serves as the final checkpoint before products reach customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training are advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in all production tasks.
  • Quick learning ability to adapt to different production methods and technologies.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and meeting client deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to problem solve independently.
  • Good physical dexterity and ability to handle tools and equipment safely.
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
  • Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the flawless execution of orders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for creativity, personal expression, and making a positive impact through custom apparel.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
