Job Description
Print Works is a very detailed oriented company that provides custom decorated apparel. CSR's work with customers in a showroom environment to provide the best-decorated apparel for their needs. As a CSR, you will be responsible for complete, and accurate order input in a custom built PC based operating system. Computer skills and attention to detail are a must. CSR's work directly with customers for order details, order input, and order communication. We are an aggressive sales force that depends on our CSR's to actively pursue new customers while continuing to support our existing customer base.
Previous sales or CSR experience is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering the phone
- Accurately input orders
- Working one on one with customer
- Emailing customer
- Able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
Qualifications and Skills
Previous sales or CSR experience is preferred.
Must be comfortable with PC
Must be a quick learner
Must be able to multi-task
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to communicate well with customers
Must have good email etiquette
Must be able to take direction and complete tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
