Position: Production Team Member
Location: Print Voyage
Must be 18 years or Older
Print Voyage is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing print shop! If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and other production equipment
- Prepare garments and materials for production
- Package and inspect finished orders for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help with receiving inventory and organizing supplies
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Assist with other shop duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must know how to operate a manual screen printing press
- Must know how to coat, burn, reclaim, and prepare screens
- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good attention to detail
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Previous print shop or production experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person!
