Overview
We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses
- Monitor print jobs to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
- Adjust press settings as needed for different jobs
- Inspect printed materials for accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with the prepress team for job setup
- Ensure proper color management throughout the printing process
- Conduct quality control checks during and after printing runs
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating flexographic printing presses
- Proficient basic math and measurement skills
- Experience in prepress operations required
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control practices
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50-75 pounds once per hour
Schedule: 5am-5pm, working 2-2-3 schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
