Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Southfield, MI. This role is responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales process, including answering inquiries, providing product information, and guiding clients through customization options. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, troubleshooting issues with the online dashboard, coordinating with production and shipping teams, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery. The Sales Service Representative will also follow up with existing customers, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and maintain detailed records in CRM or order management systems.
