Delivery Driver / Production Assistant | Allentown, PA | Full Time

Print-O-Stat is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our team as a Delivery Driver / Production Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on production work and time on the road.

In this position, you’ll support day-to-day production operations while ensuring materials and finished products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting overall team success.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate company vehicles to complete local deliveries to job sites and customers
• Load and unload materials, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly
• Verify delivery orders and obtain signatures when required
• Plan routes and communicate any delays, issues, or updates
• Support daily production activities across various projects and workflows
• Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
• Prepare materials and assist with production setup and staging
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
• Assist team members with general shop and production tasks as needed
• Monitor work for quality and accuracy throughout production processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to manage time effectively between delivery and production responsibilities
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or production environments is a plus (not required)
