Customer Service Representative | York, PA | Full Time
Print-O-Stat is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position supports both internal and external customers while assisting with a variety of customer service, administrative, and operational responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day. As a member of the Print-O-Stat team, you'll work in a positive, friendly, and flexible environment while helping provide the quality service our customers expect.
What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and provide responsive, courteous customer service
- Assist walk-in customers with questions, orders, and other requests
- Process and enter customer orders and invoices using Infor
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, billing, filing, and related administrative tasks
- Learn and assist with reprographics department operations
- Support digital printing, scanning, and electronic document distribution
- Work with internal departments to help meet customer needs and maintain efficient workflows
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers and team members
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
