Print-O-Stat is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily administrative and operational functions.

What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide responsive, professional customer service
- Assist walk-in customers and help address questions and requests
- Process customer orders and invoices using company systems
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, billing, filing, and record management
- Support production and reprographics operations as needed
- Assist with printing, scanning, document preparation, and electronic file distribution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support daily operations and customer needs
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed
