Vinyl Graphics Installer
Pay: $20-$25 per hour to start - DOE
This position is Hourly; Full-Time
Print NW is seeking a Vinyl Graphics Installer -
We're looking for a driven person that is professional and experienced with custom merchandise, apparel, and promotional products, to help grow our business. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and candidates will need to be great at multitasking. Commercial printing experience is a bonus but not required for this position.
Successful candidates will perform various types of graphics-related and architectural signage installs. Projects include vehicle wraps, window graphics, interior signage, custom POP materials, and more. Candidates must be motivated, hard-working, quick learners who desire to enter and advance within the growing field of digitally printed graphics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive to installation sites in company vehicles, either alone or with team members
- Install signs as directed by customer specifications
- Cut and shape graphics to fit each surface
- Install graphics and digital prints on various surfaces, using proper heating, cutting, and adherence techniques during application.
- Disassemble and reassemble products during the application process
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Work on scaffolds, ladders, or lifts of various heights in all weather conditions
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but may occasionally need to perform installations after-hours and on weekends)
- Mechanically inclined
- Light carpentry skills and knowledge of power and hand tools
- Lifting 20 lbs. regularly, 35 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Attention to detail, and an eye for consistency
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients when necessary
- Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented
- A positive, can-do attitude
