About the Opportunity
Join a growing operation where you won’t be stuck managing just one brand. You’ll build, manage, and grow social media presence across multiple seasonal businesses — think high-energy retail, experiential, and service-based companies that peak during key seasons. Every few months brings fresh campaigns, new audiences, and creative challenges. Your ideas will shape how these businesses show up online and stand out in competitive markets.
What You’ll Do
- Create & Manage Content — Lead end-to-end content strategy and creation (Reels, carousels, Stories, videos, and static posts) that captures brand personality and drives engagement.
- Run Full Social Operations — Manage daily posting, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and comment/DM responses across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Drive Growth & Promotion — Develop and execute high-performing paid social campaigns through media buying on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Analyze & Optimize — Track performance with analytics, report on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI), and continuously refine strategies for better results.
- Build & Scale Brands — Work on everything from brand launches and seasonal campaigns to long-term audience growth and business promotion.
- Stay Ahead of Trends — Spot emerging platforms, features, and creative formats and implement them fast.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience managing social media accounts and content for professional companies (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- Strong professional content creation skills — you know how to write compelling copy, direct or produce videos, and create visually stunning posts that convert.
- Hands-on media buying experience with proven ROI on paid campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of social algorithms, best practices, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.), and scheduling platforms.
- A creative portfolio that shows your ability to grow accounts, boost engagement, and support business goals.
- Bonus: Experience with seasonal or retail/e-commerce brands is a big plus.
You’re organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple brands at once. You’re also a strong communicator who can present ideas and results clearly.
