Entry-Level Graphics Installer (Tier 1) - 1099 Contract

Print Lab Denver is hiring an entry-level installer who wants to learn vehicle wraps and large format graphics from senior installers in a clean, well-equipped shop. No formal experience required if you bring strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, a great attitude, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Basic decals and small-format vinyl graphics
• Simple window graphics, floor graphics in low-traffic areas
• Wall decals on smooth surfaces; yard signs and A-frames
• Assist senior installers on larger wraps and complex installs
• Surface preparation, basic cleaning, and post-install inspection

What We’re Looking For

• No experience required – we will train. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. Prior experience in detailing, painting, vinyl signs, or any precise hands-on trade is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, reach, and stand for long periods.
• Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and pride in finished work.
• Professional, reliable, and easy to work with.
• Willingness to follow Print Lab Denver quality standards and shop procedures.

How Pay Works

Print Lab Denver uses two pay tracks for all install work, both paid as 1099 independent contractor work:

• Hourly track – For events, conventions, large multi-day installs, removals, and similar work, the shop bills the client by the hour. Paid at your tier’s hourly contract range.
• Project track – For flatwork, spot graphics, fleet install, and color-change & custom wraps that we bill the client per project. Paid per square foot, with proportional completion-time expectations and late deductions outlined in our Installer Pay Structure (provided before any project work).

Mileage to job sites is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. You’ll receive the full Installer Pay Structure document before your first job.
