Print Hybrid is a custom apparel decorating shop in Lubbock, TX — one of the only shops in America running all three print methods under one roof: traditional screen printing, DTF digital printing, and hybrid printing with M&R's Digital Squeegee technology. We own two Digital Squeegees. 99% of print shops in America don't have one. Founded in 2003, we've spent 22 years perfecting our craft.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable Production Team Member to help run jobs on the shop floor. This is a part-time / on-call position with the potential to grow into full-time based on workload and fit. No experience required — we'll train the right person. If you're the type who shows up on time, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing things right, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
• Load and unload garments on screen printing platens and the Digital Squeegee
• Assist with DTF transfers, heat pressing, and quality checks
• Help set up and break down print runs
• Maintain a clean, organized production area
• Support embroidery production — hooping, thread changes, unloading
• Package and prep finished orders for pickup or shipment
• Follow quality standards — every shirt that leaves this shop has our name on it
What We're Looking For
• Dependable. If you say you'll be here, be here.
• Detail-oriented. We print at 300 DPI with eco-friendly GOTS-certified inks — quality matters.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn. Screen printing, DTF, hybrid, embroidery — we'll teach you all of it.
• Prior print shop or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
