Position Overview: 

Prinston Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Somerset, New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment within a global pharmaceutical organization. The intern will work on a variety of meaningful projects and provide support to the legal team across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities: 

·      Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and other materials

·      Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

·      Review and monitor laws and regulations in relevant fields.

·      Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising various contracts and agreements.

·      Maintain and organize legal procedures, templates, forms, and policy documents.

·      Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: 

·      Must be currently enrolled in a J.D. program at an accredited academic institution, preferably as a second- or third-year law student.

·      Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

·      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay range: $16/hour or higher, depending on experience.
