What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Technician position at Pringle Robotics, Inc.?
Welcome to the Future of Robotics
Pringle Robotics is the nation’s leading provider of Autonomous Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS), powering the next wave of innovation in AI, embedded systems, and automation. Under the leadership of visionary CEO Sudheer Sajja, we’ve deployed thousands of robots across the country to redefine how people experience spaces… from sanitation to service, logistics to hospitality.
We don’t just build robots, we build legacies, we build careers, we build the future.
About the Role
This isn’t a help desk, this isn’t support… this is hands-on, real-world robotics. You’ll own the deployment, maintenance, and performance of advanced autonomous systems at the pod level. Think of it as the bridge between AI and action, hardware and humanity, code and customer experience.
You’ll work alongside our engineers, pod managers, and customer teams to ensure every robot we launch performs flawlessly. You’ll be our field expert, technical leader, and solutions thinker… all rolled into one. This is a launchpad for any technologist ready to level up.
You Will
- Install, program, and maintain autonomous robots in the field using real-time diagnostics, network integration, firmware tools, and embedded system logic
- Customize and fine-tune robots to client environments… from facility mapping to operational AI performance
- Deliver on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades while documenting all technical issues with precision
- Train clients and internal teams on robot usage, maintenance protocols, and platform best practices
- Coordinate with engineering and operations to share field insights, improve performance, and escalate complex issues
- Manage your own field-ready toolkit, company vehicle, and deployment schedule with autonomy and accountability
You Bring
- At least three years of hands-on experience in robotics, AI, Android systems, cybersecurity, hardware integration, or IoT fieldwork
- Strong working knowledge of diagnostics, firmware logs, sensor calibration, network troubleshooting, and mobile OS
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex systems for customers and teammates alike
- Self-discipline, creative problem-solving, and a calm, confident presence under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- The ability to travel locally (daily) and occasionally beyond your region (overnight as needed)
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and manage hands-on equipment repair in real time
What You Get
- Company vehicle, company phone, and a company credit card
- Paid travel throughout your assigned metro and beyond
- Cutting-edge robotics and AI training that fast-tracks your future
- Work-from-home flexibility when not in the field
- Robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and life insurance
- A chance to rise… senior CST, integrator, technical manager, national lead… wherever your skills take you
Interview Process
- Initial phone or video interview with our operations lead
- Technical interview with the hiring manager (scenario-based and live diagnostics)
- Final background check
We move fast… if you're the right fit, you'll know quickly.
