Job description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will add new accounts, oversee existing accounts and grow revenue in the Peoria, IL market. This position will report to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and provide reporting, tracking, and updates as required. The Sales Executive will call on Landscaping Companies, Property Management Groups, Golf Courses, Municipalities, Corporate Campuses, and Large Estate Owners that can use our robotic solutions. This is both an inside and outside sales position, and the candidate will be expected to work on expanding sales through our internal marketing efforts, cold calling, attending regional trade shows, and other creative means.
We are seeking candidates who must align personally and professionally with our core values of commitment, integrity, loyalty and passion. A strong background in landscaping or lawncare sales is highly preferred, as the candidate will need to translate traditional maintenance challenges into autonomous technology solutions. Candidates will be motivated to build a book of business, network in the community for leads, and become an expert in Pringle’s robots and services.
This role focuses on learning & listening to customer's needs to provide the BEST solutions. Direct sales which includes meeting current and prospecting clients. Travel is required.

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
Work with the Chief Sales Officer to set sales goals and update CRM with progress.
Build relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Researching and recommending new opportunities; analyzing profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Attend regional and national trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
Work with Customer Success Specialists and Technicians to ensure successful deployment of BoTs, and ongoing support of clients.
Prepare onboarding submission by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending weekly review meetings.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
At least three (3) years of sales experience, specifically with an emphasis in Landscaping, Lawncare, or Outdoor Power Equipment sales
Strategic leadership ability
Experience selling technology solutions or high-ticket service contracts to commercial property managers and green-industry professionals is a big plus
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: On-call availability
