What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Operations position at Principled Business?
Company Description Principled Business is a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building a movement of business leaders who serve as strong representatives and advocates for capitalism. The organization advances its mission through outreach campaigns that encourage people to pursue careers in business, and through training programs that help business leaders grow in a principled, values-driven way. Principled Business also focuses on building a community by connecting like-minded business leaders with each other. In addition, the organization shares stories of principled businesses with the public to highlight the positive impact of ethical, market-based enterprise.
1. **Marketing** - We are seeking a candidate who can uniquely share the stories of Principled Business Leaders and amplify their content. The ideal individual will drive the amplification of these stories via social media, possess strong writing skills for newsletters and the Capitalists for Capitalism Magazine, and develop a new affiliate model that connects member content to Principled Business.
2. **Operations** - As we expand our programs at Principled Business, we need someone to help grow our accelerators and pitch competitions for entrepreneurs, increase the number of Ambassadors, organize more events like our Principled Business Summit, and develop new courses and educational programs to teach capitalism. This role will also involve bringing in more speakers for social organizations and providing additional support for Breakthrough nonprofits.
