Who They’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in employment litigation and labor & employment law including litigation, advice and counsel, and transactional work (management-side preferred).
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, including wage and hour laws, discrimination laws, and practice before state and federal court and administrative agencies.
- Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
- Excellent written & oral advocacy skills.
- JD & active license for the respective office of interest NY, NJ, and/or PA.
