Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence, and preparing for and participating in hearings, depositions, and trials. The role involves advising clients on legal rights and obligations, developing case strategies, and engaging in settlement negotiations when appropriate. The attorney will collaborate with partners and other team members, manage case timelines, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with court rules. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with experience in Litigation and civil procedure.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including workplace policies, disputes, and compliance.
- Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients in contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Proficiency in Legal Research, case analysis, and application of statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Effective Negotiation skills for settlements, mediations, and client advocacy.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Colorado, or eligibility for admission.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including drafting and presenting legal arguments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Prior experience in litigation or clerkship experience is preferred.
