Your external customers are our clients, prospects and business community members. Your internal customers will be Principle Auto associates, our vendors and contractors. You'll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty and respect.
Your Responsibilities as the Used Car Sales Manager:
The Used Car Sales Manager is the unwavering support that the sales team relies on for knowledge and guidance. As our Used Car Sales Manager you are responsible in developing a high-performing team. The Used Car Sales Manager will fluently understand how to price and evaluate trades and understand how to achieve net profit targets.
Other responsibilities of the Used Car Sales Manager include:
- Meeting sales targets and goals by motivating and instilling a passion for serving customers and delivering exceptional service
- Develop action plans/activities to achieve monthly objectives for unit sales and gross profits
- Effectively manage new and used car inventory
- Report to the General Manager on floor traffic ratios, closing and cost to market.
- Address associate and customer complaints/ concerns
- Fulfills responsibilities primarily through effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, and established performance standards.
Your Qualifications:
- 2 Years of automotive Sales Management experience -Or- Minimum of 3 years proven automotive sales track record if you are a current salesperson ready to take the next step
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be proficient in English
- A strong work ethic with the ability to achieve desired results.
- Be assertive and knowledgeable in dealership sales operations
- Computer proficiency.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and background check
- Valid State Driver License
