What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery.
• Listen to customers' concerns, accurately identify their service needs, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair solutions.
• Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, pricing, and repair processes to help customers make informed decisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service visit, providing timely updates and proactive communication.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Schedule service appointments and effectively manage repair orders to maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage future business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and repair order documentation within dealership management systems.
• Meet or exceed departmental goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, repair order growth, and retention.
• Stay current on Hyundai maintenance recommendations, warranty policies, service campaigns, and product updates.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to create a seamless ownership experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable with a desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Previous automotive service advising, customer service, or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.
