What You'll Do

• Deliver automotive parts to customers, repair facilities, and internal departments safely and efficiently
• Verify parts, invoices, and delivery documentation for accuracy
• Maintain delivery schedules and provide excellent customer service during every interaction
• Assist with pulling, stocking, and organizing parts inventory
• Support order fulfillment and special-order tracking
• Follow up on backordered parts and customer requests
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and replenish assigned stock
• Ensure proper billing and documentation of parts transactions
• Support the outside sales team through timely deliveries and customer support
• Participate in ongoing product and process training

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
• Previous delivery, warehouse, parts, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
