What You’ll Do
As our Billing Clerk, you will:

Prepare invoices, bills, and compile data for multiple dealerships.

Complete all dealer trades.
-
Prepare, file, and audit finalized deals for compliance.

Process invoicing for new and used vehicle purchases.
-
Prepare loan payoffs for trade-in vehicles.
-
Verify the accuracy of multi-line items.

Post deals into the accounting system.
-
Reconcile General Ledger schedules.

Communicate any issues promptly to your lead.

Maintain organized filing systems.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of dealership billing experience.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
