Principe Engineering, Inc. is a rapidly growing local civil engineering firm with twolocations in Rhode Island (Tiverton, RI & Narragansett, RI). Our second division,Principe Surveying, Inc is located in Woonsocket, RI. This allows us to maintain ourability to provide a one-stop shop for our clients.We are currently looking for a Survey Drafter who is looking to work for a small dynamicfirm with clients of all sizes. As a small firm, the ideal candidate must be willing to diveinto different projects.Survey Drafter Job Responsibilities:Proficient in Civil 3D and/or CarlsonAbility to process survey field data, prepare survey drawings, researchproperty information, prepare platting and mapping Ability to Perform ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and as-built SurveysThe ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clientsQualifications:⦁ A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, with a strong preference for thosewith a background in residential development• Ability to multi-task and complete different time-sensitive projects at once.• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.• The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally with surveyors andcivil engineers.• Must be detail orientedCompensation & Benefits:⦁ Competitive base salary⦁ Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, with 75% of medical premiumcovered and 100% vision and dental coverage⦁ 401k retirement plan with a company match⦁ Generous paid time off (PTO) policy• Tuition ReimbursementSchedule:• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pmWork Location:Woonsocket, RIRequired Education:Associates in Computer Aided Drafting or Land Surveying is preferredWe are not able to sponsor Green Cards or Relocation at this time.
