This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Estimator located in Cleveland, TX. The Construction Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, and providing accurate budgeting and cost management. Responsibilities also include evaluating project specifications, and effectively communicating with project stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and financial considerations.
- Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting to prepare accurate estimates and ensure projects remain financially viable
- Expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to analyze project requirements and plan resources effectively
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure precision in cost and material estimates
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in relevant estimation software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a Construction Project Estimator is highly desirable
