The Quality Inspector will inspect products manufactured in-hour or processed by outside processors to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

- Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications.
- Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
- Notify supervisors and other personnel of production problems and assist in identifying and correcting these problems.
- Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
- Updates and enters Quality Department's data into Plex.
- Process blueprints through the entire Department.
- Follow all company safety rules and IATF requirements and maintain work area within the lean guidelines.
- Assist in training of operators on proper use of inspection equipment and inspection techniques, monitoring/auditing inspection activities and documenting results.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Education/Certification.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of EPR system.
- Understanding of SAE and metrics (basic metrology skills).
- Good computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to multi-task under high pressure environment.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
