Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. In this role, you will provide day-to-day ERP/CRM system support while collaborating with the analytics team to manage NetSuite initiatives, enhance system functionality, and improve business processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Optimize NetSuite configuration/reporting/functionality to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with users to understand their business processes and support their optimized use of NetSuite.
• Design and document custom SuiteScript and Workflow Customizations to facilitate business processes; judiciously create basic and advanced customizations.
• Contribute to the support and improve existing account customizations.
• Facilitate integrations and communications between NetSuite and related software.
• Support NetSuite users by generating custom Reports, Saved Searches, KPIs and dashboards.
• Keep informed on new NetSuite features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Help educate our users on effective use of NetSuite through training and documentation.
• Foster collaboration and manage timing of projects between analytics team members.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or similar formal education in computer science or related field (optional based on experience)

Experience: 3 years of experience in NetSuite or similar SaaS software package

Skills:

• Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
• The ability to support data import process and migration.
• The ability to maintain NetSuite updates.
• Can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs.
• Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system.
• Is familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting.

Salary : $59,000 - $95,000
