Principal Search is proud to partner with a leader in tube end forming equipment and bender tooling solutions, to identify a visionary and hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This dynamic leader will be responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering a strong company culture as the organization embarks on its next phase of long-term success.
This individual will serve as the face of the company, working closely with the Board of Directors, customers, and partners to deliver strong business results while maintaining a positive and engaged workforce.
Competencies and Requirements:
- Senior management experience with proven leadership in engineer-to-order manufacturing.
- Proficient with ERP systems for manufacturing operations.
- Strong financial skills including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and budgeting.
- Ability to build relationships with executives, customers, vendors, and staff.
- Knowledge of HR and personnel management.
- Experience with corporate governance.
- Skilled negotiator.
- Quick decision-maker with strong problem-solving ability.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 5 years in senior management.
- 10 years in manufacturing, ideally precision tooling or machine tools in ETO environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Engineering degree with an MBA
- SAP proficiency
- Multilingual
