As the S2P System & Process Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that Coupa interactions are optimized, processes are streamlined, and best-in-class practices are embedded across our organization. This is a hands-on, change-driving position designed for someone eager to shape the next phase of our global procurement evolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Coupa S2P rollout across new regions and teams, ensuring seamless adoption and compliance.
  • Partner with Sourcing, Procurement Operations, and Accounts Payable to identify and resolve process gaps, driving automation and standardization.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Business stakeholders to implement Coupa enhancements and AI/Agentic workflows for process optimization.
  • Serve as a change leader—educating users, building alignment, recommend best practices and fostering continuous improvement across global teams.
  • Establish and monitor key P2P metrics (PO adoption, e-invoicing, automation) and deliver actionable plans to achieve performance targets.
  • Facilitate and prioritize Supplier Enablement initiatives to achieve e-invoice adoption.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent
  • 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and familiarity of Source to Contact (S2C) modules (Sourcing and CLM)
  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end S2P lifecycle, from sourcing through payment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse, global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with PeopleSoft or Oracle ERP preferred.
Highly Preferred Experience
  • 10 years of experience in Source to Pay or Procure to Pay processes and operations.
  • Coupa certification (current or previously held).
  • Experience implementing and launching a Procure to Pay (P2P) system.
  • Proven success in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive adoption of digital procurement tools and automation initiatives.
  • Background in financial services, Technology, or IT services industries with large indirect spend.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage Coupa’s capabilities to assist Sourcing Team members in building category strategies and improve sourcing outcomes.
  • Familiarity with procurement orchestration platforms is a plus
  • Strong track record of identifying root causes and leading process improvement initiatives that drive measurable impact.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on S2P expert who thrives on optimizing systems and processes while guiding teams through change. You’re equally comfortable with the details of Coupa configuration and in effectively articulating transformative and continuous improvement recommendations. You bring:
  • A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence leaders across procurement, finance, and technology.
  • Curiosity to challenge the status quo and introduce fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and automation.
  • Experience navigating large, complex organizations and effectively managing competing priorities .
