- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within asset management, investment accounting, or financial services
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven organizational and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement
- Prior systems experience is not required - we value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new tools and processes to support our real estate accounting operations.

Work Environments
This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
