We are currently making full preparations for the opening and have already begun bringing in a senior management team to drive expansion. Role Description

This is a full-time, remote leadership role for the Executive Vice President position at Liberty Block Finance - Los Angeles Business Center. The EVP will oversee strategic initiatives, drive business development and growth, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role requires an individual passionate about innovation and delivering results while aligning with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic management skills to oversee operations, drive growth, and build high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in investment management, financial services, or similar industries, with expertise in market analysis and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, team collaboration, and effective decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, innovate business solutions, and guide the organization through strategic transitions.
• Background in business development, client relations, and performance management is highly desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree such as MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing remote teams is preferred.
